How does online coaching actually work?

You get a structured program built for your goals and what equipment you have access to. Each week I send your workouts, you film key sets for form checks, and we adjust based on how your body responds. You have direct access to message me when questions come up. It's not automated. It's actual coaching, just without needing to be in the same room.

Can I actually get results training without someone there in person?

Yes. Most of my clients train online and see better results than they ever got at a regular gym. You need a solid program, someone checking your form, and accountability when life gets messy. That's what you get. The location doesn't matter as much as consistency and doing the work right.

What if I don't know what I'm doing with the exercises?

Every exercise comes with video demos and coaching cues. If something feels off or you're not sure about your form, you film a set and send it over. I'll tell you what needs fixing. You're not guessing your way through workouts.

Do I need a lot of equipment?

Depends on where you're training. If you have access to a gym with basic equipment, we're set. Training at home? We can build programs around dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight. I'll ask what you have access to and work with that.

My schedule changes constantly. Will this work?

That's exactly why online works better for most people. You train when your schedule allows. No appointments to miss. No driving across town. The program adjusts to your life, not the other way around.

I've got an old injury. Can online coaching handle that?

Yes. This what made us start online training. Most plans don't account for injuries. I've worked with clients coming back from knee surgeries, clients in remission, frozen shoulder, back fusion. We build around what your body can handle and progress from there. 

What makes this different from YouTube workouts or fitness apps?

YouTube gives you random workouts. Apps give you templates. We give you a program built specifically for your body, your goals, and your situation. You're not following some generic plan made for thousands of people. And when something isn't working, we adjust it. That's coaching.
